A Moment of Peace and Relaxation! The break or reset you need to continue to show up your best this week. Reese, the sound bath practitioner, will be your partner in this journey.

A sound bath is one of the most nurturing experiences you can offer yourself. It's a powerful form of deep rest and renewal for both your physical body and mind. A sound bath can feel as restorative as hours of deep sleep. A sound bath uses therapeutic sound to gently restore harmony to your mind and body. 

During the session, you'll be invited to lie down comfortably, allowing yourself to fully relax and receive the healing vibrations. Gentle stretching and somatic movement may be woven into your session based on your individual needs. Sound tools create vibrations that interact with your body at a cellular level. These healing frequencies help regulate your nervous system, ease stress, release held tension, and aid in soothing ailments.

Sound baths help shift your brainwaves. Through sound frequencies, you naturally transition from your everyday beta state which is alertness and focused into alpha or a creative and relaxed state. Theta or Delta is also often reached allowing you to feel deeply rested or meditative.  

Many participants feel lighter, calmer, and grounded after sessions. Whether you're feeling physical discomfort, emotional overwhelm, or simply seeking stillness a sound bath will be a delightful treat.

Your body is mostly water. When exposed to the vibrations of healing instruments, blocked energy gently releases, allowing your body to return to its natural state of wellness.
