Bath salts are rich in essential minerals like Magnesium and nourishing Sulfates. When dissolved in warm water, the body is able to absorb traces of these important minerals. 

Himalayan salt also includes minerals and elements that can help reduce inflammation and acidity in the body as well as purify and rejuvenate your energy.

Epsom Salt and Dead Sea Salt help to detoxify and cleanse by absorption of trace minerals on the skin, leaving your limbs feeling silky and cleansed. The combination of magnesium and sulfate in Epsom salt helps remove toxins from your body.

In addition to Himalayan sea salt, Epsom salt, and dead sea salt, some blends incorporates botanical flowers and scents to create a relaxing and detoxing bath experience.
