Directions:

Apply Liquid soap into a washcloth or loofah not directly on skin. Apply your chosen moisturizer after bath or shower to lock in hydration. The soap is very alkaline so test to see how your skin reacts. Some people can use daily, while others may use 3 to 4 days a week for a deep cleanse.
